Donate to QSRs Second Sentinel

Currently QSR has enough ZNN but we need 38.9k of QSR to create another Sentinel. We are looking to get the remaining donated, in return we will give 100% of all delegator and momentum rewards to the public on QSR's pillar for 2 months.
